All payments must be completed in full before any software product or service is delivered. We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Bank Transfer, and other supported methods. For security reasons, we do not accept card payments over the phone.

2. Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation via email and/or SMS, including details about your purchase and delivery status.

3. Digital Product Delivery

All our products are delivered digitally. After successful payment, the software will be made available for download or shared via secure access credentials.

No physical shipping is involved in any of our offerings.

4. Product Demo & No Refund Policy

We provide online demos for most software products to help customers evaluate before purchase. Due to the digital and downloadable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns once the product has been delivered.

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Products downloaded after purchase
• Products purchased through partners or resellers

5. Replacement Policy

If the delivered software is found to be defective or corrupted at the time of download, we will provide a replacement of the same product.

Customers must report such issues within 30 business days of delivery.

6. Software License

Each purchase includes a license valid for a single domain only. For usage on multiple domains, additional licenses must be purchased.

7. Service Delivery Timeline

For services such as installation, customization, or integrations, delivery timelines depend on the project scope and complexity.

No fixed timeline is guaranteed for service-based work.
